President Donald Trump took office two years ago with a pledge to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

While he hasn't succeeded, Congress and his administration have taken actions that weaken key parts of the law, such as the penalty for not getting insured and the essential health benefits that insurance policies must offer.
