Eli Boone is a Policy Analyst at the Colorado Health Institute. He joined CHI in February 2018. Eli’s work includes managing CHI’s Colorado Health Access Survey, working with Colorado policymakers to answer pressing health policy questions, and analyzing payment reform efforts that impact our state. Eli also works on various projects with government, payer and provider, and nonprofit clients.
Eli interned for Kaiser Permanente Colorado’s business intelligence and information technology office, where he analyzed large databases of member information and leveraged health information technology initiatives to improve health outcomes.
Eli received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2017, where he attended as a Daniels Scholar.
Born and raised in Colorado, Eli grew up on the Western Slope in Rifle. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Sam.
