The Colorado Health Institute has provided research, analysis, context and understanding about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) since it became law on March 23, 2010. As the centerpiece of health reform – the marketplaces where people can shop for health insurance - is implemented on October 1, 2013, CHI has gathered its publications and presentations in one place. And as ACA implementation moves forward, CHI will continue to monitor and measure whether it is meeting its goals.
