Taylor Kelley joined CHI as a Program Manager in 2024. She facilitates multi-stakeholder health promotion and research initiatives. With a strong foundation in data analysis and strategic leadership, she has made significant contributions to various organizations in the public health sector.

Prior to joining CHI, Taylor served as an Implementation Manager at Larimer County Behavioral Health Services in Fort Collins. Her commitment to public health extended to her involvement with Homeward Alliance as the Health Initiative Director, where she improved access to health care for people experiencing homelessness, and the Health District of Northern Larimer County, where she supported community health survey assessments and data analysis initiatives. 

Taylor holds a master’s in public health with a focus in global health and health disparities from the Colorado School of Public Health and a bachelor of arts in sociology from Gonzaga University. 

In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, going to the gym, exploring restaurants, watching college basketball, cooking, and traveling.
