Project Overview

2005 Colorado Pharmacist Workforce Survey

In October 2005, survey questionnaires were sent to all individuals who held an active license to practice as a pharmacist in Colorado (5,833). CHI received survey responses from 2,236 pharmacists, or about 39 percent of those who were mailed a survey form.

Password-protected record-level data from the survey, with identifying information from respondents removed, are available to researchers who submit a data-use agreement (see Research Data File below).
