2006 Colorado Dentist Workforce Survey

In March 2006, survey questionnaires were sent to all individuals who held an active license to practice as a dentist in Colorado and had a mailing address in Colorado (3,182). CHI received survey responses from 1,286 dentists, or about 41 percent of those who were mailed a survey form.

Password-protected record-level data from the dentist survey, with identifying information from respondents removed, are available to researchers who submit a data-use agreement (see Research Data File below).
