The Health Conference Calendar is a free service maintained by the Colorado Health Institute (CHI). The purpose of the calendar is to encourage short- and long-term coordination of health-related conferences, symposia and special events within Colorado and to provide a central place where upcoming conferences are listed.

Calendar submission guidelines

• CHI will post only health and health care-related conferences that we are notified about through the online submission form.
  
• Only conferences taking place in Colorado will be posted.
  
• CHI staff will do their best to ensure that the conference is posted on the calendar within one business day after submission.
  
• Only calendar submissions with complete conference name, date(s), location, city, Web site address (URL) and the conference designation (open to the public or for members only) will be posted.
  
• If a valid Web site address is not provided, then the first name, last name and phone number of the contact person will be posted.
  
• CHI staff will direct any questions about specific events to the contact person listed in the submission form.
  
• Due to space limitations, CHI cannot include descriptions of conferences.
  
• CHI reserves the right to exclude any submission that it deems outside the scope or purpose of the calendar.
