CHI welcomes Rebecca Alderfer this month. She is an exceptional addition to our strong team of policy researchers and analysts. Rebecca most recently came from the Pew Charitable Trust in Washington, D.C. and brings considerable skill and expertise in strategic development, analytics and economic analysis. She will lead our efforts in oral health and workforce and contribute to our work in Healthy Eating Active Living and all sorts of other areas. We are excited she has joined the team.
Rebecca’s arrival indicates one of the ways in which CHI is developing organizationally. CHI is out and about. It’s our goal to be present, supportive and visible at policy tables around the state. We are developing the bench strength and team to do just that. Our resident experts – in long-term services and supports, payment reform, the Affordable Care Act and health reform, the health care safety net and legislative trends, just to name a few – are honing their skills as contributors to our state’s discussion and debate.
