Todd Hockenberry worked as an intern and contractor for the Colorado Health Institute for two years before joining CHI full time as a research analyst in June 2007. As part of the policy and research unit, he provides technical expertise in geographic information systems (GIS) and conducts data analyses on a number of projects.
In 2006 Todd completed an internship with the Pan American Health Organization’s Non-communicable Disease Unit in Washington, D.C. While there, he researched cardiovascular disease and its potential for addition in the U.N.'s Millennium Development Goals. Todd also has worked as a GIS analyst for CommEn Space in Seattle and the National Wildlife Federation in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He is graduating with an MPH from Oregon Health & Science University where he concentrated in epidemiology and biostatistics. Todd earned a bachelor of science in geography from Eastern Michigan University.
