Rural Solutions works in the ten counties of Northeast Colorado to improve access to cardiovascular care for the Latino population. The region has four Latino outreach workers who help the population navigate the medical system. The workers also educate them on nutrition and good overall health. We also provide cultural awareness trainings to professionals who work with other cultures.
