This technical brief provides an overview of the various sources of statewide uninsured estimates and helps policymakers and other constituents understand the issues related to developing and comparing these estimates. The brief will be updated with new Colorado uninsured estimates following the U.S. Census Bureau’s September 28, 2010, release of 2009 data from the American Community Survey.
