As part of its Health Workforce Project, CHI conducted a random, stratified survey of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in the state. Approximately 2,500 LPNs were mailed a cover letter and questionnaire on November 26, 2007. Responses were accepted through January 31, 2008.
