The Colorado Health Report Card, published by The Colorado Health Foundation in conjunction with CHI, measures the health of Coloradans based on the state’s rank among the states. The 2008 report card includes updated data for Healthy Beginnings, Healthy Children, Healthy Adolescents, Healthy Adults and Healthy Aging.
