Center for Improving Value in Health Care  The Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) was established by Executive Order D 005 08 signed by Governor Ritter on February 13, 2008, as part of the "Building Blocks to Health Care Reform" plan.

The Data Sharing for Performance Measurement work group is charged with inventorying and developing a set of metrics that can be applied to informing and measuring the work of CIVHC. As part of this task, CHI has developed an initial "work-in-progress" data inventory. This Excel spreadsheet is intended to illustrate which databases are currently available and to capture some of the basic descriptions of what the databases offer. It is a starting point for the data work group.
