2006 Colorado Certified Nurse Aide Workforce Survey

In January 2006, survey questionnaires were included with the licensing forms mailed to more than 29,000 certified nurse aides (CNAs) whose licenses were due for renewal. CHI received survey responses from more than 10,000 or about 35 percent of the CNAs who were mailed a survey form. The survey included questions about issues such as training and licensure; work status, setting and satisfaction; salary; and future education plans.
