CHI's legislative luncheon presented real-time data about Coloradans on a regional basis from the recently completed 2008-09 Colorado Household Survey (COHS), funded by The Colorado Trust with a grant to the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Colorado policymakers in attendance learned a great deal about the health insurance and employment status of Coloradans, how those two factors relate to each other and how insurance coverage affects one’s access to health care.
