2007 Colorado Safety Net Symposium

5/4/2007 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

CHI's first Colorado Safety Net Symposium brought together safety net providers, community leaders and policymakers at all levels to focus on strengthening health care access for vulnerable Coloradans. Presenters shared their successes and lessons learned in striving to provide physical, dental and mental health care access to those who currently seek services; discussed the challenges of serving Coloradans who are uninsured, underinsured or enrolled in publicly financed health care programs; and explored issues critical to the future sustainability of Colorado's health care safety net.
